Headshot Package FAQ

What is included in the package?

This package includes up to 3 completed images. All images will be edited and professionally retouched and delivered via Dropbox.

Images can be delivered on a flash drive upon request, but may include additional fees.

How much does it cost?

The price for a headshot package is $150.00 per person. If you are booking packages for larger groups of people, discounts may be provided.

For larger shoots, a 15% non-refundable booking fee will also be required.

Can I choose the background of the picture?

You have the option to choose what background you would like in your photos. We can either find a nice spot at the location of the session, or a colored backdrop. You can either do all 3 photos with the same background, or mix it up and have 3 different options!

A solid grey backdrop will be provided for free upon request. Additional colors can be requested, but may include added fees.

Can I choose the pictures that are used?

You will be able to view all of the pictures taken on site during the session and mark the ones you like the best. All of the usable images will then be placed in a private online album for you to view and choose the final 3 images you would like delivered to you. Those images will then be touched up and edited before final delivery.

How long does this all take?

The session itself only takes about 10-15 minutes per person per location. If you are only wanting photos with a backdrop, it will be a very quick process! I will arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled session time to set up, and take another 30 minutes or so to tear down afterwards.

You will then receive a link to the album of proofs for you to review within 24 hours of the session. Once you have decided on 3 photos, the final retouched images will be delivered to you within 48 hours. Final payment is due before the final images are delivered.

Sessions involving a larger number of people may require more time to complete.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payments can be made via check, credit card, or direct bank deposit. You will be sent an invoice with all of the payment details with options to pay online or through one of the other various methods.
